## Planner API

- POST /api/planner returns a sample preview and 402 payment-required state until paid access is verified.
- GET /api/runtime returns pricing, payment configuration, and one-time payment terms.
- POST /api/checkout starts configured Polar hosted checkout or returns an explicit not-configured blocker.
